Ryan from Niagara Falls, On has a house with a block foundation that was leaking so he hired Omni basement Systems to do a interior waterproofing job. Omni installed the pater drain systems, WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system that drains directly into the SuperSump sump pump system.

Floor opened

The perimeter of the floor is opened for both the WaterGuard and the SuperSump

WaterGuard installed

WaterGuard was installed in the trench.

Sump installed

The SuperSump sump system is installed and the WaterGuard is drained into the liner.

Re-concreted the floor

The Floor is re-concreted.

Sump is concreted

The SuperSump is concreted into the floor. It is important to concrete this sump flush with the floor just in case there is a plumbing leak and the water needs to be drained.
