Floor open up and Drainage foam applied.
After the concrete floor is opened, the next two steps is to put a flexible sealnt intot he crack and then add an open cell foam as a drainage system over top.

THe most important part is to open the floor and expose the footing.
Seant is applied
A flexible sealant is applied over the foam and ready to be troweled.

The flexible sealant is troweled over to completely seal the crack.
Wateproof cover.
The last two steps are to cover the entire area with a membrane that is mechanically fastened and caulked so no water can get past. Then the floor is preconcerted back again.
