Amber in Innerkip, ON has a century home. The humidity from the stone foundation is causing sagging floors. Omni Basement Systems installed their incredible SmartJacks. The galvanized house jacks from Supportworks are installed under the main beam with an engineered footing. a 2x2x2 pit is dug and engineered fill is installed that will distribute the weight through what is called the "Bulb of influence". these jacks are rated at 30,000lbs and because they are galvanized, they will never rust.
