Photo Album: Great interior waterproofing in Arthur, ON

Lorne & Mary in Arthur, On needed some waterproofing in their home. The Omni Basement Systems representative recommended the Waterguard subfloor drainage system. On the walls Omni installed Cleanspace wall membrane. The Waterguard drains to the SuperSump sump system.

The blocks show signs of water inside the wall and leaking on the floor.

SuperSump installed

The SuperSump sump pump system is installed in the floor. The lid is airtight and has a high water watch alarm

Cleanspace wall system

The Cleanspace wall will direct any moisture to the drainage system. This is bright white and adds light to the basement.

Floor is restored.

It is important to note that the floor is restored to the original height. Once the sub-floor drainage system is installed, the concrete is laid back.
