Before Crawl Space Repair
Tthe dirt floor contributes to moisture in the crawlspace which creates lots of problems. The beams and floor joists get soft and start to sag. Mold grows. Spiders and insects take over. These are al signs that the crawlspace is damp.

Terra Block insulation
A thin insulation is put on the floor between the liners. Dirt floors are usually at a constant 55F. THis layer controls condensation.
Beams and Joist are supported.
Jacks are placed under beams and supplemental beams are added to support joists.

Condensation pump
