Photo Album: Repair Sagging crawlspace in Campbleville, ON
Beth H. has a house with a crawlspace. Although the crawlspace is not damp, Beth asks Omni Basement Systems to repair the sagging crawlspace floors.
Traditional footing are difficult in a crawlspace because the height is restrictive so Omni used a specially designed base that is more than ample to carry the load. Under the floor joists, Omni installed a supplemental beam. One piece of beam is not long enough to reach the the entire area so they used engineered connectors to join each piece of beam.
