Wall Crack
This is typical for a non-structural wall crack on a poured concrete foundation.
Concrete opened
Using a Jack Hammer, the crew opens the floor and exposes the footing and gravel bed.
Sealed
The crack is sealed with a flexible sealant called, Bostik and a 4" wide open-cell foam is added for drainage.
Selant over foam
Our Bostik sealant is now added over the drainage foam. This product is very flexible even after it is dry.
Troweled over foam
The sealant is now troweled over the foam to add protection.
Cleanspace added
Our very own Cleanspace wall membrane is attached and sealed against the wall to add an extra layer of protection.
Concrete restored
Once all the membranes have been installed, the floor can be restored and the area cleaned up.
