Damaged walls from leaking window wells need to be removed
Drain from outside
a hole is bored through the concrete wall to brng the water in from the window well.
Drop down duct
A 1 1/2 hole is bore through the wall to drain the window and the drop down duct is attached to wall. It is sealed on the side to prevent leakage and added to the WaterGuard system.
Drain pipe.
A perforated pipe is added to the window well to collect water.
Landscape cloth
Landscape cloth is used to stop debris from clogging the system.
Gravel added.
Now the gravel can be added over top to make it look decorative and also to allow the water to drain.
Interior drain system.
The wel ducts drain to the WaterGuard drainage system which takes the water to the Sump Pump.
Drainage mebrane
The area walls are covered with a drainage membrane and the finished walls can be restored.

The patented WaterGuard sits nicely on top of the footing and not in the soil so it will never clog with mud washing into it.
