Photo Album: Waterproofing a Stone and Brick foundation in Drumbo, ON

Dave has an old farm house in Drumbo, ON with a stone and brick foundation. Omni Basement Systems waterproofed the house using an internal drainage system. Because there is so much moisture coming through the stone walls, a vapor barrier was used to drain the water down into the drainage pipe and then pump away to the sump pump. Because there is moisture coming through the floor, the same vapor barrier was used to seal the floor.
