Previous repair
This wall crack had been previously repaired by probably the builder. the injection method was used. The epoxy that they injected it with has become brittle.
remove old fix
The wall needed to be cleaned off completely removing the previous repair
First 3 layers
the first 3 layers consiste of Flexible sealant in the cr5ack OPen cell drainage foam 4" wide Specially formulated flexible sealant
Troweled sealant
The specially formulated sealant gets troweled over the open cell drainage foam.
Cleanspace wall membrane
The entire area is covered with our patented Cleanspace wall membrane used for waterproofing. It is mechanically fastened and sealed against the wall
Drainage matting applied
Drainage matting applied at footing to make sure the any water gets over the footing and intot he gravel
Layers tucked under the floor slab.
To make sure no water ends up on the floor, all of the 4 layers gets tucked under the floor slab
Floor re-finished
The floor is refinished back to original height with fresh concrete.
