Corner wall Crack
Crack is exposed and ready to repair
Floor is opened
Concrete Floor is open up 6" from either side of the crack exposing the footing.
Foam drainage
After the Crack is sealed, a open cell foam is adhered over the crack
Sealant over foam
A Sealant is placed over the foam drainage,
Flexible Sealant
The Sealant is then troweled smooth right down to the footing
Vinyl cover
To make sure there is no longer any water leakage, a vinyl liner is fastened to the entire area.

Floor is restored.
The floored is restore to the original height and will dry the same colour as the original
