Ken & Joan had an eara off their basement that was leaking. Phill went and designed a system for waterproofing using our patented interior drain systeem called WaterGuard that drains to our SuperSump sump pump sytem. to make sure that the moisture on the walls gets to our ssytem, we fastened our Cleanspace wall system that connects to our WaterGuard. Cleanspace is a bright White washable membrane that is mechanically attached to the wall. Teh Cleanspace wall system will act as a Vapour Retarder.
