Doug & Kim had been in their house for 10 years and noticed settlement in the foundation which lead to cracks in their floor and bricks on the outside.
Trained estimator David came to the house and assessed that there had been some settlement in their foundation due to soil conditions in the area that the house was built. Along with the an Engineer, David put together a proposal to add support to the foundation with Push Piers from Support Works.
Once the design was in place and had permits from the region, Omni Basement systems got to work to support and lift the foundation back into place. Once the foundation was supported and lift to original height, we sealed the cracks in the basement floor with Nexus Pro and used some floor leveling as well.
