Full perimeter in poured concrete foundation

Challenge

Doug & Wendy had concerns of a leaking basement in a 30 year old house. It was a poured concrete foundation. They plan on finishing the basement and want no chance of water damaging their new basement.

Solution

Omni Basement systems added WaterGuard to the perimeter with a wall membrane. First they dug a trench around the interior perimeter and installed WaterGuard on top of the footing. Then they added a wall membrane to the poured concrete before restoring the concrete on the floor. This system will drain to their existing sump.

WaterGuard is installed on top of the footing and will take water to the sump system.
