Crawlspace Transformation In Waterdown, ON

Challenge

A customer in Waterdown called us, needing help with a troublesome crawlspace. She had a serious moisture problem, with groundwater pooling on the dirt floor, causing mold and an odor through her home. 

Solution

Our System Specialist David met with her, and inspected her crawlspace. She told us afterward that "David was amazing- very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail." They decided to encapsulate the crawlspace with CleanSpace Vapor barrier, and to dehumidify the space using a SaniDry Sedona. 

Dustin took his team, Gord and Justin V. out to transform this crawlspace. It was a tough job- as the customer said, "What a horrible job for these guys-I felt so sorry that they had to work in a four-foot dirty crawlspace but they never complained once."

When they finished it looked like a totally new crawlspace! There's no more moisture and the customer has reported that the odor is completely gone!
